Asbestos immersion packing

The asbestos immersion liquid packing is fully impregnated with white fluorite by the white asbestos long fiber to improve the corrosion resistance and improve the wear resistance. The sealing performance of the PTFE after thermal expansion is stronger. Long service life.    It can be used for all kinds of dynamic and static sealing, especially for high speed pumps under medium pressure. Suitable for mediums such as alkali solutions, viscous liquids, water, steam, gases, hot water and salt.

 

Asbestos packing is made of chrysotile asbestos woven with impregnated PTFE emulsion or graphite emulsion. It has excellent sealing effect and is commonly used in pumps, valves and flanges.  
Applications:
P1160- pure asbestos packing : static sealing, as a filling material and insulation material under high temperature and high pressure conditions
P1161- Asbestos immersed in PTFE packing : dynamic and static sealing, especially suitable for high-speed pumps under medium pressure.
P1162- oil-impregnated asbestos packing (coated graphite): dynamic seal, mainly used as a filler for pumps and valves (boiler feed pump is especially suitable). Suitable for alkaline solutions, viscous liquids (such as oil), water, steam, gases, hot water, and salt solutions
P1163- Asbestos Intersecting Nickel Wire Reinforced Packing : Statically sealed, used as a static seal for hand holes, manholes, shell covers, etc. It is suitable for rough and uneven places such as steam hammer, reaction kettle and steam valve. It can also be used for valves under high temperature and high pressure conditions and equipment with slower speed.
