[Zheng Bin]: I think these are normal from the national economic situation. As a home, this is a normal adjustment, which makes our industry more formal. [Reporter]: Under this year's situation, enterprises will make some changes to adapt to the market. What strategies does Desheng have? [Zheng Bin]: This year everyone said that the whole market is not very optimistic, but from the sales point of view, Desheng’s performance so far is flat compared with last year. Our focus this year is to let consumers really understand us, so the first is to do services, which is the most critical. It is very practical and practical for consumers to truly experience our things, and it is also very healthy and comfortable. Next we will use the main experience for the upper level, but it is useless to support the store. [Reporter]: So far, have these changes received the expected results? [Zheng Bin]: From the past Mid-Autumn Festival National Day holiday, it is still relatively good. In fact, home furnishing companies do not have any brand in the minds of consumers. It is based on the promotion between word of mouth and friends. We have spent 17 years in Desheng, so that consumers really feel the benefits, we are all regular customers. Even the mother bought it, and the daughter got married to buy it. Furniture is not the same as fast-moving consumer goods. It needs constant hype to allow consumers to buy ideas. [Reporter]: So, have you helped dealers to open up markets and increase sales? [Zheng Bin]: In fact, the dealers face difficulties and the factory is the same, it is also very serious. First, personnel costs, store rents, warehousing fees, and labor treatments continue to rise. If the factory only gives him cash support directly, it is useless. In order to enable dealers to have better sales, we have also done a lot of measures, mainly to make our products more and more adapt to the needs of the market, and more and more recognized by consumers, this is for dealers. It is also the most useful. [Reporter]: You estimate, when will the winter like this year pass? [Zheng Bin]: I think the winter should be just beginning, and it will be more severe next year. Why is it more serious? Because the threshold of the furniture industry is very low, many places are not standardized, resulting in many unqualified enterprises taking the lead, which also leads consumers to have no knowledge of furniture products; we hope that the entire industry can make some standards to make the market continue to be sustainable.
