Remedial measures for phytotoxicity of fruit trees

Fruit trees are prone to phytotoxicity in summer and autumn, and pesticide damage to fruit trees is divided into acute and chronic. Acute phytotoxicity is manifested within a few hours to a few days of spraying, such as leaves, fruits, spots, yellowing, chlorosis, withering, rolling leaves, deciduous fruit, and constricted clusters. Chronic physiology can only be manifested after a long period of time, such as weak photosynthesis, flower bud formation and delayed fruit ripening, small, deformed, and deteriorated flavor and color. Once the fruit tree is found to be phytotoxic, the following measures should be taken immediately to save it.

1. Rinse with water Most chemicals are not water-resistant. If the concentration is too high, the spray should be filled with clean water and washed repeatedly toward the leaves of the fruit trees to wash away the pesticide remaining on the surface of the leaves. The sooner this measure is, the better the effect will be.

2. When spraying and neutralizing the leaves, such as phytotoxicity, the leaves may be sprayed with granulated 50% humate in 3000 times solution; or 50% humate in the same way as 5000 times solution. After irrigating, the leaves will gradually turn green after 3-5 days. If the sulphate is caused by the copper sulphate ion in the Bordeaux mixture, spray 0.5%~1% of the lime water solution to eliminate the phytotoxicity; if the sulphur sulphur mixture produces phytotoxicity, on the basis of the water washing, spray 400~500 times of the rice vinegar. The solution can reduce the phytotoxicity; if the pesticide is caused by misuse or excessive use of pesticides such as organophosphorus, pyrethroids and aminomethyl esters, it can be sprayed with 0.5%~1% lime water, washing powder, soapy water, and clean. Water, etc., especially spraying ammonium bicarbonate alkaline fertilizer solution is better, not only detoxification, but also can play the role of root dressing to promote growth and development.

3. Timely topdressing After the fruit tree suffers from phytotoxicity, growth is hindered and the growth is weak. It is necessary to topdress the fertilizer (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other chemical fertilizers or thin human excrement) in time to promote the recovery of the fruit trees as soon as possible. If the phytotoxicity is caused by acidic pesticides, some grass ash and quicklime may be applied, and 1% of the bleaching powder solution is used for foliar application. Phytotoxicity caused by alkaline pesticides, topdressing acidic ammonium sulfate fertilizer. Regardless of the phytotoxicity, foliar application of 0.3% urea solution plus 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate mixture, spraying once every 15~17 days, even spraying 2~3 times, can alleviate the phytotoxicity.

4. When injecting clear water, in the prevention of cockroach pests such as beetles, gibberella, and hibiscus moths, the phytotoxicity caused by the high concentration of the drug should immediately inject a large amount of water into the tree from the wormhole on the trunk, and It flows out to dilute the pesticide. If it is an acidic pesticide, adding an appropriate amount of quicklime to the injected liquid can accelerate the decomposition of the pesticide.

5. After cultivating the pine and soil trees, it is necessary to timely cultivate the soil in the field (depth 10~15 cm), and artificially cultivate the roots, and increase the application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers to improve the permeability of the soil and promote the root system. Develop and enhance the recovery ability of the fruit tree itself.

6. Appropriate amount of pruning After the fruit tree is tainted, it should be trimmed in time, cut off the dead branches, and remove the dead leaves to prevent the spread of the dead parts or the infection by the pathogens.

7. Suspend the use of similar drugs. Before the phytotoxicity is completely relieved, try to reduce the use of pesticides, especially the same kind of pesticides should be stopped, so as not to aggravate the phytotoxicity.
