The jaw crusher has a variety of structural forms, and the working principle is the same, that is, the material is broken by the periodic movement of the moving jaw. During the process of moving the E-wrap around the axis of the suspension, the material located between the two jaws is subjected to crushing, splitting and bending. At the beginning, the pressure is small, the volume of the material is reduced, and the materials are close to each other and squeezed; when the pressure rises beyond the strength that the material can withstand, the crushing occurs. Conversely, when the moving jaw moves away from the fixed direction of the opposite direction, the material moves downward by its own weight. Each periodic movement of the moving jaw causes the material to be crushed once and sent a distance downward. After several cycles, the broken material is discharged from the discharge port. As the motor rotates continuously, the crushing maneuvering cycle motion crushes and excretes the material to achieve mass production.

When the eccentric shaft rotates, the connecting rod is driven to reciprocate up and down, so that the two thrust plates also reciprocate. Through the action of the thrust plate, the moving jaw suspended on the suspension shaft is reciprocated. The moving jaw is directly suspended on the eccentric shaft and is directly driven by the deflecting shaft. When the eccentric shaft of the E-breaking machine rotates, the movable E-type reciprocates on the one hand, and at the same time, it has a large degree of up-and-down movement along the fixed E. The trajectory of each point on the moving jaw is not the same, the trajectory is close to the arc, and the closer to the lower ellipse, the longer it is. The breaking mode of the E-breaking machine is a curved extrusion type, and the motor drives the belt and the pulley. The eccentric shaft moves the moving jaw up and down. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes larger, thereby pushing the moving jaw. The plate is close to the plate, and at the same time, the material is crushed, smashed, milled, etc.; when the yoke goes down, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes smaller, and the moving jaw leaves the slab under the action of the tie rod and the spring. The plate, at this time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing cavity of the E-breaking, and the crushing and discharging of the motor is repeated with the continuous rotation of the motor to realize the mass production of the broken bag.
