ã€China Aluminum Industry Network】 This project uses a broken bridge heat-insulating aluminum alloy window. The opening structure of the window is an internal swing window. In order to ensure the quality of installation, control is performed from the following aspects.
1, window frame installation
The connection between the window frame and the structure shall be connected with expansion bolts with a spacing of not more than 400 mm and a margin of not more than 150 mm. Method: Use 40mm x 40mm x 3mm and 50mm x 50mm x 3mm steel connectors to connect. Connect the frame with a 5mm x 25mm self-tapping screw. Use M6 x 30 stainless steel mechanical screws to connect the connectors. M6×80 expansion bolts are used to connect the connector and the structure.
2, fixed fan glass installation
The fixed fan glass should be cushioned with rubber pads according to the design requirements. The glass and the groove should also be kept on both sides in accordance with the design requirements to prevent the glass from blew; the edge of the glass and aluminum frame should be sealed with silicone sealant, and the injection should be smooth, continuous and without bubble.
3, window fan installation
Before installing the sash, check whether the frame and the fan accessories are complete and firm. The installation position of the sash should meet the design requirements; the fan should be opened and closed flexibly, without noise and with good sealing performance. The sashes should be installed after the outer frame is dismantled, but the installation schedule cannot affect indoor operations.
4, glue cleaning
After the glass is fitted with the fan, the surface is cleaned, no dust and no oil, and then the glass sealant is coated. The glass is required to be continuous and uniform. After the glue is applied, the surface of the glass is cleaned, and a protective film is attached on the profile to prepare for acceptance.
5, adjustment, cleaning
(1) The adhesive tape should be removed when the building is cleaned later, and the aluminum frame and glass should be cleaned with cleaning solution.
(2) After the window frame is removed from the adhesive tape, it shall be sealed in the outdoor frame and sealed with construction adhesive approved by the owner. The sealant shall not contaminate the aluminum frame and the glass. Lubricate the opening fan fitting with lubricant.
(3) To adjust or replace hardware accessories and opening fans that fail to meet the acceptance requirements until the project acceptance criteria are met.
