**Carpet Maintenance and Cleaning Guide**
1. **Daily Care (excluding stains and vacuuming):**
A. Fill a watering can with clean water and spray it directly onto the stained area of the carpet. Let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes to help loosen the stain.
B. Place a dry cloth over the stained area and press down gently with your hands to absorb as much moisture as possible.
C. Apply a small amount of carpet stain remover to the affected area, let it sit for a few minutes, then gently brush the stain using a soft brush. Always brush from the outer edges toward the center to prevent the stain from spreading further.
D. Wipe away the residue with a clean cloth, then rinse the area with a little water to ensure no cleaner is left behind.
E. If the stain remains, try an alternative method or consult a professional if necessary.
F. For special types of stains, such as ink or wine, use specific treatments designed for those substances.
2. **Regular Cleaning:**
**(1) Moderate Cleaning (Foam Cleaning):**
A. Inspect the carpet and remove any visible dirt or debris, including oil stains, coffee spills, or chewing gum. Use a blade to carefully scrape out any burned fibers from smoke holes.
B. Fill the dry foam tank with clean water and add the appropriate amount of dry foam carpet cleaner. The ratio will vary depending on the brand and the level of soiling.
C. Push the cleaning machine into the corner, attach the carpet brush, and turn on the power.
D. Activate the foaming unit and wait until the foam begins to overflow from the edge of the brush before starting the cleaning process. Move the machine in a back-and-forth motion, following a side-overlapping pattern to ensure full coverage.
E. After cleaning, use a carpet wool comb to lift the carpet fibers, helping them stand upright and promoting faster drying.
F. Open windows for ventilation and, if needed, use a hair dryer to speed up the drying process.
G. Clean up the area, check all tools and equipment, return them to storage, and record the maintenance in the logbook.
H. Once fully dry, use an upright vacuum cleaner to pick up any remaining dirt or debris.
**Recommended Equipment:** Single-wipe BDS43/150 & BDS43DUO C+ electronic foaming box, hair dryer, upright vacuum cleaner.
**(2) Deep Cleaning (Pump Machine):**
A. Assess the level of soiling and remove any visible dirt, including grease, coffee, or chewing gum. Carefully scrape out any burned fibers from smoke damage.
B. Fill the clean water tank with fresh water and add the recommended amount of detergent. Pour the foaming agent into the recovery tank. Push the machine to the innermost corner, connect the hose and power cord, then start the cleaning process.
C. Clean the area from the inner corner outward, ensuring no spots are missed.
D. Monitor the water levels in both tanks and the foam in the recovery tank throughout the process. Add more water or cleaning solution if needed.
E. After cleaning, use a carpet wool comb to lift the fibers, removing any remaining debris and helping the carpet dry faster.
F. Open windows for airflow and use a hair dryer or place a clean bed sheet underneath if necessary.
G. Clean and organize the area, inspect all tools, thoroughly wash the machine, return it to its place, and update the logbook.
H. Once the carpet is completely dry, use an upright vacuum cleaner to finish the job and ensure the carpet is spotless.
This guide provides a step-by-step approach to maintaining and cleaning carpets effectively, whether for daily care or deep cleaning. Always follow safety precautions and use the correct tools for best results.
Pump Housing
Mechanical pumps may be submerged in the fluid they are pumping or be placed external to the fluid.
Pumps can be classified by their method of displacement into positive displacement pumps, impulse pumps, velocity pumps, gravity pumps, steam pumps and valveless pumps. There are two basic types of pumps: positive displacement and centrifugal. Although axial-flow pumps are frequently classified as a separate type, they have essentially the same operating principles as centrifugal pumps.
QFAP has specialize in producing pump housings more than 5years.
Materials: Ductile iron, Grey iron, Aluminum
Surface treatment: Painting, Powder coating, only oiled
Main of our customers is from German, USA, and CAN.
