The Fifth Suzhou Furniture Fair is set to take place from June 19 to June 22, 2013, at the Suzhou International Expo Center. The event will open with a grand ceremony on the 22nd, featuring hundreds of well-known brands showcasing their latest designs and products in a unified and impressive display.
According to reports from the organizing committee, the main exhibition area spans 120,000 square meters, with eight exhibition halls attracting over 600 renowned enterprises from more than 20 provinces and cities across China. Participating companies include Beijing Sofitel, Beijing Haifei, Beijing Xiaoyue, Beijing Lianggong, Beijing Boniville, Beijing Yongsheng, Beijing Hongjiang, Beijing Camel, Shanghai Old Zhou Hongmu, Shanghai Meiluoqi, Shanghai Shengshi Dahua, Shandong Dirk Furniture, Shandong Jisi, Anhui Yuejiao, Anhui Junmenglan, Zhejiang Carrefour, Zhejiang Haozu Industry and Trade, and Jiangsu Elbaland, among others.
Notably, well-known brands such as Sikexin, Xinhongji, Ouyifeng, De Gaulle, and Yimeng will unveil new products and innovative brand concepts at the fair. The woodworking machinery section will also feature major international brands like Willet, Singapore-based Weimar Sheng, and others making large-scale appearances.
The exhibition is divided into five main areas: suite furniture, woodworking machinery, office furniture, living room soft furnishings, and original auxiliary materials. The hardware accessories and material exhibition area covers nearly 4,000 square meters, featuring a wide range of products including hardware components, sponges, fabrics, chemicals, wood veneers, finished furniture, small mahogany pieces, and home décor items.
In addition to the main venue, the Likou Furniture Market will serve as a branch location for the Suzhou Furniture Fair. It will welcome visitors from around the world with 1.5 million square meters of space and 50 trading halls.
