The pump cannot start

First check the power supply: whether the connector is secure; whether the switch is tight; whether the fuse is blown; whether the three-phase power supply is equal. If there is an open circuit, poor contact, blown fuse, or lack of phase, the cause should be identified and repaired in time.

Secondly, check whether it is the mechanical failure of the pump itself. The common reasons are: the packing is too tight or the impeller and the pump body are stuck by the debris; the pump shaft, the bearing and the leak-reducing ring are rusted; the pump shaft is severely bent. Remedy: loosen the packing, dredge the water tank; disassemble the pump body to remove debris and rust; remove the pump shaft to correct or replace the new pump shaft.

Pump heating

Cause: The bearing is damaged; the gap between the rolling bearing or the bracket cover is too small; the pump shaft is bent or the two shafts are not concentric; the tape is too tight; the oil or oil is not good; the balance hole on the impeller is blocked, the impeller is out of balance, and the direction is increased. The thrust on one side. Remedy: Replace the bearing; remove the rear cover, install a gasket between the bracket and the bearing housing; investigate the pump shaft or adjust the concentricity of the two shafts; adjust the tightness of the tape properly; add clean butter, butter accounts for the bearing About 60% of the inner space; remove the blockage in the balance hole.

Insufficient pump flow

This is because: the power speed is not matched or the belt slips, so the speed is low; the axial pump blade installation angle is too small; the head is insufficient, the pipeline is too long or the pipeline has a right angle bend; the suction stroke is high; the bottom valve, the pipeline And partial impeller or impeller defect; the water leakage of the outlet pipe is serious. Remedy: Restore rated speed, remove belt grease, adjust belt tightness; adjust blade angle, reduce pump installation position, shorten pipeline or change pipeline bending; seal pump leak, compact packing; clear blockage Replace the impeller; replace the leak-reducing ring and block the leak.

The pump can't suck the water

The reason is that there is air or water in the pump body, or the bottom valve is not closed, the water pump is not full, the vacuum pump packing is seriously leaked, and the gate valve or the door is not closed. Remedy: first press the water up, then fill the pump with water, then turn it on. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight, and whether the pipeline or joint is leaking. If air leakage is found, apply lubricant or blend paint at the joint after tightening, and tighten the screw. Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft. If the wear is serious, replace the new one.

The pipeline is leaking or leaking.

The nut may not be tightened when it is installed. If the leakage is not serious, apply cement in the place where the air leaks or leaks, or apply the cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil. Temporary repairs can be applied to wet mud or soft soap. If water leaks at the joint, the nut can be tightened with a wrench. If the water leaks seriously, it must be reassembled and replaced with a cracked pipe. Reduce the lift and press the nozzle of the pump into the water for 0.5m.

Pump body violent vibration

There are several reasons for the following: unbalanced electric rotor; poor coupling of the coupling; wear and bending of the bearing; loose and broken parts of the rotating part; Adjustment, repair, reinforcement, straightening, replacement, etc. can be taken separately. The above situation is a common cause of pump failure. It is not the whole cause. In practice, the fault is handled. Supporting power motor overheating

It may be due to power supply reasons: the voltage is high or low. Under certain load, if the voltage fluctuation range should be +10% to -5% of the rated value, the motor will overheat; the three-phase voltage of the power supply is asymmetrical, and the power supply is three. When the phase-to-phase voltage imbalance is more than 5%, the winding will be overheated; the phase loss operation, the experience shows that the agricultural motor is burned more than 85% due to the lack of phase operation, and the motor should be installed with phase loss protection device.

It may also be the reason of the pump: the power is not matched, the small horse-drawn carriage, the motor is overloaded for a long time, the motor temperature is too high; the motor that starts too frequently, the quota is short or intermittent, the motor works continuously. The number of starts should be limited, the thermal protection should be selected correctly, and the scale should be used according to the calibration on the motor.

It may also be the cause of the motor itself: the connection error is wrong, the delta shape is mistakenly connected to the Y shape, so that the temperature of the motor rises rapidly; the stator winding has phase-to-phase short circuit, inter-turn short circuit or local grounding. When the light is light, the motor is partially overheated, and when it is severe, the insulation is severe. Burnt out; squirrel cage rotor broken or defective, motor running for 1 to 2 hours, core temperature rises rapidly; failure of ventilation system, should check whether the fan is damaged, whether the rotation direction is correct, whether the ventilation channel is blocked; bearing wear, rotor The eccentric broom causes the core of the stator to rub against the metal to make a sound, and the temperature of the core rises rapidly. When the motor is severe, the motor smokes and even the coil burns.

Or the reason for the working environment: the motor winding is wet or dust, oil, etc. adhere to the winding, resulting in lower insulation. The insulation resistance of the motor should be measured and cleaned and dried; the ambient temperature is too high. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35 ° C, the inlet air temperature is high, the temperature of the motor will be too high, and efforts should be made to improve the working environment. Such as scaffolding and so on. Note: If there is a malfunction due to electrical reasons, the electrician who has obtained the professional qualification certificate should be repaired. Those who know nothing about it should not be blindly repaired to prevent personal injury.

Deep well submersible pump does not have water or small amount of water

First look at the current difference between the current running at the pump and the current operation. If it is smaller than the normal operation time (basically 2/3 of the normal current), there are problems such as impeller wear and blockage of the uppermost check valve of the pump head. If the current is as large as in peace, it is a problem such as leakage of the tube gasket, leakage of the pipe, and leakage of the pump body. If the current is larger than when running normally, it is basically a problem that the wearing parts are worn.
