a. The above-mentioned alloy components are mixed in a weight ratio of Al:98, Si:<1.0, Fe:0.3-1.0, Cu:0.03, Zn:0.03, Mg:0.03, Ti:0.05 and the melting temperature is 720 Melting at ~800 °C;
b. Cast alloy ingots at a casting temperature of 690 to 750°C;
c. The alloy ingot is homogenized and annealed at a temperature of 500-610°C.
d, then hot rolling at a temperature of 400 ~ 540 °C;
e, hot rolled blanks from 9.0mm cold-rolled to 0.7mm;
f, in the temperature of 300 °C ~ 500 °C under the conditions of intermediate annealing 11h, heat 1h and then cold-rolled to 0.15mm, after stretching, completely straightened, cut to obtain the finished product.
