Rolling bearing physical quality pass rate 94.6%

The AQSIQ has recently conducted a national supervision and random inspection of the quality of rolling bearing products. A total of 60 products produced by 60 companies in 8 provinces and municipalities in Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan and Shandong provinces (excluding export products) were sampled, and the qualification rate for the physical quality of products was 94.6%.

The spot check is based on GB/T307.2-2005 "Principles and Methods for Measurement and Inspection of Rolling Bearings", GB/T307.3-2005 "General Technical Conditions for Rolling Bearings," National Standards and Related Product Standards, and the life of rolling bearing products. Reliability, dust, grease leakage, temperature rise, surface burn, metallographic structure, hardness, dimensional accuracy, clearance, vibration, residual magnetism, and product markings were examined. After inspection, the coincidence rates of metallographic structure, hardness, clearance, and vibration have all reached 100%.

Spot checks found that individual product performance indicators failed. Deep groove ball bearing with sealing ring should be tested according to the standard temperature rise, leakage grease, dust three performance test, the purpose is to ensure that the sealed roller bearings in the life of the lubricating performance, while preventing the intrusion of dust or other foreign objects caused by rolling bearings Excessive friction affects the normal operation of the bearing and maintains normal operating temperature. In the spot test, there were individual products in the sealing performance test, the grease leakage and dustproof performance indexes were lower than the requirements of the standard, and the grease added in the sealed bearings was severely invaded by the test dust after the test and had turned black. Such a product is used together with the host, and the host will malfunction.

The surface of the rolling bearing does not allow burns. It is a key item of the bearing. In this random inspection, there were individual products that had insufficient cooling and a large amount of cutting during the grinding process, resulting in burns on the working surface and formation of a degenerative layer, which could easily lead to early failure or even cracking of the bearing.
