First, the industrial structure and energy structure are not good. Second, the characteristics of composite air pollution are becoming more and more obvious. The prevention and control of volatile organic compounds is relatively lagging, the concentration of nitrogen dioxide is on the rise, and the ozone pollution is characterized by advancement, expansion, and concentration. PM10, PM2.5 and ozone have become the main factors affecting the air quality of our province.

Third, the joint force of joint defense joint control still needs to be strengthened. Some local governments and departments have insufficient understanding of the importance, urgency and arduousness of air pollution control. Fourth, the research on the causes of air pollution is relatively weak. The existing environmental management methods can not meet the requirements of air pollution prevention and control work in the new era, networked, The intelligent and digital integrated management capabilities are lacking, and the level of scientific treatment needs to be improved.
