Autumn tigers in the shed

Recently, we visited rural areas in Jiyang, Shandong Province. Some greenhouse pepper growers reported that the roots of peppers were poor, the dead trees were heavier, and there were no new roots when the peppers were pulled out. In addition, some of the peppers in the shed were heavier, and some greenhouse peppers also showed falling flowers and fallen leaves. The main cause of these diseases is related to the continuous high temperature. The optimum temperature for the normal growth of pepper is 25 °C -30 °C, the lowest is 10 °C, the highest is 35 °C, the flower bud differentiation period is suitable for 20 °C -22 °C during the day and 15 ° C at night . However, there is a certain temperature difference between day and night. Obviously, the current temperature is not conducive to the growth of peppers. Then, in the face of the "autumn tiger", what effective management measures should farmers take?

   1. Continue to do the ventilation and cooling work in the shed, keep the day and night ventilation on sunny days, and roll the film on both sides of the shed to the shed to increase the ventilation. Cover the film when it rains to prevent rain from entering the shed.

   2. Do not remove the sunshade net immediately after the autumn. You can pour muddy water or inkjet juice on the shed at noon to cool down.

   3. Take water in the morning and evening, and pour water in small water. Watering in the morning is the best, and micro-irrigation technology can be used if conditions permit.

   4. Spray foliar fertilizer. Such as spraying fulvic acid foliar fertilizer can improve the tolerance of vegetables to high temperature and strong light.

   5. Timely prevention and control of pests and diseases. Whitefly, thrips, and red spider can spray avermectin 3500 times solution and 25 % puff WP 2,000 times spray; virus disease can be sprayed with 20% virus A WP 500 times or gram (Alken . Carboxyl . Morpholine) 1000 times solution, pay attention to rotation.
