What is Epoxy?

Epoxy is a polymer that contains multiple epoxide groups. When combined with other chemicals, it forms 'Epoxy plastics'. Most epoxy resins are synthetic and derived from petroleum. Epoxy 4W/EP, which also meets the G10 specifications, is a general-purpose FR-4 epoxy resin. It complies with BSEN60893 3-2-EPGC202 standards and is based on a medium-weave glass cloth. This material boasts excellent electrical, mechanical, and fire-resistant properties.
