How to operate the plastic shredder is safe

Upon completing the unboxing process, the first step is to inspect the equipment for any damage incurred during transit. Once confirmed, position the primary machine and its auxiliary electric control unit accordingly. Next, connect the main and auxiliary machinery pipelines, applying "Iron Anchor 609" liquid sealant to ensure the pipelines are tightly sealed. Additionally, ground each individual machine and pipe flange using a grounding wire to prevent potential dust explosions caused by static sparks.
Prior to testing each individual machine, verify that there are no metallic objects inside, removing them if present. Ensure all bolts are secure, belts are properly tensioned, and shields are reliable.
To initiate the steady operation of each motor, follow this sequence: close the damper, start the plastic pulverizer → dust collector → grading device → screw feeder → open damper → air damper.
After five minutes of no-load operation, operators should closely monitor the instruments on the control panel. Only after the no-load current stabilizes should material feeding commence. During feeding, ensure the current does not exceed the rated value of 32.6A; otherwise, reduce the feeding rate to maintain regular operation of the discharge system.
For shutdown procedures, halt the screw feeder first, then wait five minutes before stopping the crusher, dust collector, classifier, and finally the airlock.
Adjust the speed of the classifier’s stepless shifting handle to fine-tune the product granularity. Increasing the rotational speed produces finer particles, while decreasing it results in coarser ones.

Once operational, the standby equipment must run smoothly before uniformly and continuously feeding crops. Monitor the motor, thresher speed, operational sounds, and bearing temperatures. During feeding, operators should stand aside from the feeding port, wear snug sleeves, and use masks and work caps. Be vigilant for hard objects like stones or tools in the grain to prevent machine damage or injury. Avoid hanging belts, oiling, cleaning, or troubleshooting while the machine is running. In case of issues—such as motor smoke, blockages, poor grinding quality, or bearings overheating above 60°C—immediately shut down and address the problem.

Real-time updates suggest that proper maintenance and adherence to safety protocols are crucial for optimal performance and longevity of machinery. Operators should also stay informed about new developments in technology and best practices within the industry to enhance efficiency and safety standards.
