Sewage over "membrane" purified water reverse osmosis membrane high-tech settled in Hunan

After the urban sewage passes through a membrane, it becomes pure water and can be directly consumed. Yesterday, Hunan Zhongshang Industry Co., Ltd. and American Enli Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. joined hands in Changsha to launch the reverse osmosis membrane technology project.
Harmful substances in the water can be completely isolated and “filtered out” by a membrane. This world-leading technology for solving water pollution has settled in Hunan, filling the domestic gap.

As one of the “six high technologies in the 21st century”, reverse osmosis membrane technology is very advanced. At present, in addition to large-scale application in seawater, brackish water desalination, pure water, and ultrapure water production, it is also widely used in more than 50 industries such as electronics, petrochemicals, food, municipality, and environmental protection, and is the emerging high-end of global energy conservation and environmental protection. One of the technologies is also the best technology for wastewater treatment. Unfortunately, 90% of China's reverse osmosis membranes are imported from countries such as the United States, Japan, and South Korea, while only four companies have truly global reverse osmosis membrane technology.

At the beginning of last year, the former State Environmental Protection Administration and the U.S. Embassy in China made a bridge. Under the strong support of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, and the Hunan Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Hunan Zhongyan and the United States Enli reached an agreement to invest 7 million in US$5 million from Zhongshou. technology. Yesterday, the visiting team from the world's leading international membrane technology experts led by the world membrane industry expert, academician of the National Academy of Engineering, foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and President Li Nianzhi of Enron Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. represented the cooperation project between China and the United States. The penetration membrane technology transfer project was officially launched. For his first visit to Xiangtan, Hunan, his hometown for the first time in many years, Academician Li academician admitted in an interview with reporters yesterday: “It is a hometown complex” and “Hunan is a place for development”, letting him decide Technology comes to my hometown."

For reverse osmosis membrane technology, Cui Peng, a director and general manager of Hunan Zhongyan, made a popular analogy: it's like a rice sieve in rural areas. He explained that from the technical point of view, since the composition is even smaller than nanometer, after the reverse osmosis membrane, the toxic and harmful substances are completely removed and isolated, and only through the water molecules, the clearance rate of 99.7% can be achieved. Membrane "is closed, all kinds of impurities do not want to pass. “The project will have a total investment of 1 billion yuan and will be constructed in three phases. The first phase will invest 150 million yuan, introduce a production line, and start production in March of next year, with an annual output of more than 30,000 8-inch industrial membranes. After the completion of the production capacity and completion of the third phase, it is expected to occupy one-third of the domestic market share.” He said that the products are not only for the domestic market, but also for the global market. After the industrial film, the civilian film technology will soon be put into operation. “It will solve the problem of household drinking water pollution. Through the water that penetrates the membrane, you can drink by opening the tap.”

Six months after the launch of the reverse osmosis membrane project, Academician Li Nianzhi also prepared to help Hunan establish a reverse osmosis membrane scientific research center according to the highest international standards. "I think that after Hunan, we can independently develop, produce and manufacture membrane products from beginning to end and from raw materials."
