Data indicates that a 0.01 mm increase in scale thickness on the reel surface reduces heat dissipation by about 5%. Based on this, it's reasonable to conclude that scale accumulation is the main cause of issue 1. The mechanism behind circumferential deposits at the inner and outer reel outlets is similar. The outer and inner reels align with the working surface due to the pressure and volume of water in the area. As the cylinder operates, the two surfaces move toward each other, allowing slight scaling to be removed by this motion and pressure. However, in the water outlet and circumferential areas, such movement and pressure are absent, leading to thickening of the scale and affecting the barrel’s disassembly.
