Profiles with similar performance characteristics should be grouped together for aging. The aging process must strictly follow the corresponding procedure for each batch, and no changes should be made without proper authorization.
(2) Operators should closely monitor the operation of circulating fans and cooling water systems. Pay attention to ignition conditions, temperature fluctuations within the furnace, heating rate, and temperature maintenance. Ensure that the oven door is properly lifted and sealed during operations.
(C): Be vigilant about oil and gas leaks under high-temperature combustion conditions. Maintain good ventilation and prioritize safety at all times.
(4) When lifting and moving the material boxes, ensure that materials do not fall and maintain a safe distance between the vehicle and the material frame to avoid accidents.
(E): No personnel are allowed to stay inside the aluminum aging furnace. If entry is necessary, proper protective equipment must be worn, and an adult must supervise and assist. The furnace must not contain any flammable or explosive materials, and it should not be used for non-production purposes such as baking, heating, or sleeping.
(6) Materials with different post-processing requirements must not be mixed. They should be transferred to the relevant production departments along with the process card (manufacturing order). All process forms must be accurately completed for traceability and verification. The shift handover should clearly communicate all relevant information to the incoming team.
