1. Wheel hub processing assembly automation production bus
Our company has designed and manufactured a wheel hub, brake drum processing and assembly intelligent production bus for a well-known automobile axle enterprise in China (see Figure 1). This line is the first automatic production line of large-sized wheel hubs and brake drums in China. It is mainly used for the processing of hubs and brake drums, as well as the automatic assembly and post-assembly finishing of the hubs and brake drums after processing. This production line not only integrates processing and assembly, but also realizes the quality monitoring (the use of dynamic balancing machine) in the production process of the hub and brake drum, ensuring the high-speed running stability of the wheel during use and improving safety. In addition, the line incorporates SPC manual sampling between the sequences to more accurately and effectively monitor the quality of production and processing; the integration of high-precision vision systems enables the processing quality to be further improved and the production efficiency to be improved. The production line has been put into operation at present. By shortening the production cycle and reducing labor costs, the beat has been reduced from the original 280s to the current 96s, and the manual has changed from the original 15 to the current 6 people. The production capacity of the production line has increased nearly 3 times.

Our company collects important data such as the actual situation and operation mode of its workshop, and develops a set of intelligent system that is completely suitable for the enterprise. Program. This investment not only strengthens the regulation of enterprise management, reduces work errors, blocks various loopholes, improves work efficiency, conducts safe production, provides decision-making reference, but also strengthens the connection with the outside world and broadens the international market.
2. Steering section intelligent production line
In 2015, Liding Automation cooperated with South Korea WIA Machine Tool to design a steering knuckle intelligent production line for a listed company in Hubei. As shown in Figure 2, the project is a Web system based on the B/S structure, which is mainly composed of two parts, MES and MDC. Among them, MES includes plan management, frame management, heat treatment management and basic data management; MDC has functions such as equipment monitoring, equipment log, statistical charts, comparative analysis, efficiency reports and data tools. Through the comparative analysis of the collected data, real-time monitoring and timely improvement are realized, and the controllability is improved while the production efficiency is improved.

3. Conclusion
