The viscosity is too low, easy to sag, not easy to cover; high, surface flow adjustment, wrinkles, and even foaming, pitting. 4, the air pressure should be maintained at 0.5pa-0.8pa, to ensure good fog fogging, qiang distance is 25-30cm. 5. When spraying, it should be sprayed many times. Press first, then lower, first and second, then the main visual surface, first and then the outer spray. If the spray thickness of the last pass is too thin, there is less room for the film-forming material, and the paint film is rough and loses light. 6, baking paint according to the required temperature, time baking, heating too fast or too high temperature can cause loss of light. Please note that the oven temperature is uniform and the meter reading is accurate. These factors are the main reason for complaints about the quality of the paint.
